In addition to the overall race plan, this includes detailed weekly summaries and multiple training check ins each week during the race plan.

Once purchased, Soleful will contact you to schedule a program kickoff call. The program starts at the time of the kickoff call and the race plan will be built and customized following the kickoff call. Soleful does require all customers to sign a waiver before the start of any Soleful plan or program.
