If you are looking to start running, return to running or continue running and do not necessarily want to focus on a specific race or even distance, this option provides you with running plans accompanied by Soleful one-on-one virtual coaching. These plans and training programs are priced at $325 per month.

Once purchased, Soleful will contact you to schedule a program kickoff call. The package month starts at the time of the kickoff call. Soleful does require all customers to sign a waiver prior to the start of any Soleful plan or program.
