Whether it is your first race or you have run so many you lost count, our race day logistics sessions provide knowledgeable insight to help you prepare for the specifics of race day.
If you have purchased a race plan that includes a coaching, this session is already included in that package.
This is a virtual session up to one hour. In-person options are available depending on location and price will vary for in person. This does not include on-site race day support, but that is something that can be discussed depending on location and availability, pricing varies.
Once purchased, Soleful will contact you to schedule the session. Soleful does require all customers to sign a waiver prior to the start of any Soleful plan or program.
